Now here's a film that woke me up instantly a huge curiosity. Jason Statham, Clive Owen and Robert De Niro together in an action movie and unassuming high voltage is the dream of every cinephile without prejudice. Everything else in the movie does not matter, put tickets on sale I buy. However, as I know I have readers demanding, I'll reveal to you some more details of the project. "Killer Elite" is the first feature film by Gary McKendry, nominated for the Oscar winner in 2005 for his short single "Everything in This Country Must" (award for best short film at festivals in Seattle, Almeria and Algarve). The script is adapted from the novel "The Feather Men" by Ranulph Fiennes and chronicles the struggle of an ex-military (Statham) who, to rescue his mentor (De Niro), is facing three thugs in the service of an elusive rival (Owen). Lots of action, strategy, special effects and dialogue are the knife to cut the spices to a tape that has the trio of protagonists in the main ingredients.
