Finally there is the trailer for the new film by Peter Jackson, "The Lovely Bones." Being one of the most awaited and anticipated debuts of the year (or is it 2010?), The curiosity to see something concrete was great. And was rewarded. The trailer is magnificent and the prospect of an exceptional movie. The middle ground between drama, thriller and fantastic movie (or was not Peter Jackson), seems to lean to either side and be a cocktail well blended and smooth. Besides being exquisite in technical terms, the cast seems to settle him or a glove: Mark Wahlberg (who confess not a big fan, but here it does not appear to gasp for air, which makes me curious), Rachel Weisz (unless present in the trailer, but with a catchy sobriety), Susan Sarandon (perfect as always), Stanley Tucci (a great actor, who here appears scary and intense), Michael Imperioli (one of my "Sopranos" favorite) and Saoirse Ronan, here will try to prove that his Oscar nomination with "Atonement" was not a fluke.

Interestingly, the unique and very interesting bit of the movie poster there (and reproduced above), throws the film's release date to 2010, although there is not, nor in the official site or imdb, any confirmation of that. The most likely explanation is that it was done by an impatient fan (and no notion of the year in which it is). Let us therefore the trailer. Opine on it in the comments, where appropriate ...
